NOTE  ALLTEL has acquired Western Wireless. New lines of service and handset upgrades come preloaded with ALLTEL PRLs, and ALLTEL is pushing PRL upgrades to former Western Wireless customers (dial *228 to get the new PRL). For most users, this represents a coverage enhancement. Former Western Wireless PRL interpretations have been archived.
